CITY OF FORT MYERS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The City of Fort Myers Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the following: PUBLIC HEARING: Consider an amendment to Chapter 102 Building and Construction Regulations. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 1:00 pm in Council Chambers at Oscar M. Corbin Jr. City Hall, 2200 Second St, Fort Myers, Florida. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning Board with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings & that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which includes the testimony & evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
