CITY OF FORT PIERCE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, pursuant to Section 125-37 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Pierce, will on Monday, October 6, 2025, hold a Public Hearing in the City Hall Commission Chambers, 100 North U.S. Highway 1, Fort Pierce, Florida, at their meeting which begins at 5:05 p.m., to consider review and approval of an application for Conditional Use with new construction submitted by property owners, Damian and Dawn Martinez and Representative James Conroy of J Conroy, LLC, to construct a multi-level single-family residence at the height of 35 feet at 1606 Surfside Drive, Fort Pierce, FL. The property is single-family low residential (R-1). Parcel ID: 2414-501-013-000-6. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the Application(s).
