CITY OF GASTONIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING #2 30-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FY 2026-2027 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT PACKAGE The City of Gastonia (City) is seeking comments on the draft PY 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP) for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)- funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. Additionally, staff are seeking input on a substantial amendment package for the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, Citizen Participation Plan, and Annual Action Plans for program years 2019 to 2025. The 30-day comment period will start on June 10, 2026, and will conclude on July 11, 2026.
