CITY OF GENESEO, HENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS NOTICE OF INTERESTED PARTIES REGISTRY FORD RD TIF REDEVELOPMENT Pursuant to Section 5/11-74.4-4.2 of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1, et seq. (the "Act"), the City of Geneseo is establishing an interested parties registry for a proposed redevelopment project area known as the Ford Road TIF Redevelopment, generally described as follows: An area which consists of two parcels of land on the eastern border of the city, generally bounded by train tracks to the north, S. Chicago St. to the west, Ford Rd. to the south, and unincorporated Henry County to the east. A more specific description of the Area and the Registry will be available for public inspection at the City Clerk's Office – 115 S Oakwood Ave. during business hours. Any resident of the city and organization active within the city are entitled to register in the Registry to become an "Interested Party" for the Area. Registered residents and organizations will be entitled to receive notices of public meetings, public hearings, and the availability of redevelopment plans and eligibility reports.
