CITY OF HAGERSTOWN, MD APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given by the City of Hagerstown that one (1) Ordinance was passed and approved on September 23, 2025. The Ordinance is as follows: Ordinance No. O-25-14 – Authorizing the purchase and sale of property known as 140 North Potomac Street, Hagerstown, Maryland. The Mayor and Council expressly determine that upon completion of the acquisition of 149 N. Potomac Street, said property will no longer be needed for a public use and hereby authorize sale of said property to a private owner. The aforementioned Ordinance will become effective on October 24, 2025 unless petitioned to referendum in accordance with the provisions of Section 209 of the Charter.
