CITY OF HAGERSTOWN, MD APPROVAL OF ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given by the City of Hagerstown that two (2) Ordinances were passed and approved on December 16, 2025. The Ordinances are as follows: Ordinance No. O-25-23 – Amending the City Code, Chapter 79, Curfew for Juveniles, by redefining the terms "parent" and "public place" and changing the hours when the curfew is in effect. Ordinance No. O-25-24 – Amending the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the City of Hagerstown by approving the application from Currwood DH, LLC for reclassification of a portion of the property designated as 1912 Day Road, Hagerstown, Maryland. This is also known as the Lorich Tract. The aforementioned Ordinances will become effective on January 16, 2026 unless petitioned to referendum in accordance with the provisions of Section 209 of the Charter.
