City of Lawrence Common Council~Notice of Public Hearing CITY OF LAWRENCE COMMON COUNCIL LAWRENCE ~ MARION COUNTY, INDIANA September 17, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the City of Lawrence Common Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, beginning at 6:30pm in the Public Assembly Room, Lawrence Government Center, 9001 E. 59th St, Lawrence, IN 46216 on the following petitions: 25-ZON-02 ~ 6450 Oaklandon Rd, Parcel 4000537, City of Lawrence: LCD#5; Zoned SU1 & C3. Vista 100 Development, LLC via Andrew Wert is requesting rezoning from SU1 & C3 to just C3 to allow for the development of a multi tenant retail building. The address of the proposal listed above is approximate and should be confirmed with the Department of Public Works. Copies of the proposal are available for examination prior to the hearing via request by email to smtush@cityoflawrence.org Written objections to a proposal may be filed with the Secretary of the Lawrence Board of Zoning Appeals, as appropriate, before the hearing at the above address, and such objections will be considered. At the hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters contained in said proposals.
