PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12 of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law ("MLUL") that on Monday October 6, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at the City of Long Branch City Hall, located at 344 Broadway, second floor (*Council Chambers), that a public hearing has been scheduled for an application from the owner of the above referenced property who shall personally appear before the City of Long Branch Zoning Board of Adjustment and then and there shall make formal application and proceed with such formal application for a Use Variance approving and permitting the above referenced property to be converted from a single family unit to a two-family unit. The above property is located in the R-4 Zone, and according to City of Long Branch Zoning Ordinance Section 345-23, multi-family dwellings are not a permitted use within the R-4 Zoning District. As such the property owner / applicant will be seeking a use variance and any other necessary associated or related relief such as any other variances or waivers which the Zoning Board of Adjustment deems necessary to lawfully convert the above property to a two-family unit.
The application and all proposed exhibits are on file with the Zoning Board Clerk and are available for inspection at regular business hours.
