CITY OF MENASHA Notice of Newly Enacted Ordinances Please take notice that in 2023 and 2024, the City of Menasha passed the following amendments to the Code of Ordinances: O-4-23 – An Ordinance Amending Title 11, Chapter 5, Section 1 (b) O-8-23 – An Ordinance Amending Title 2, Chapter 1, Section 2-4-10 O-9-23 – An Ordinance Amending Title 10, Article B, Section 10-1-15 O-12-23 – An Ordinance Amending Title 10, Chapter 1, Section 10-1-55 O-2-24 – An Ordinance Amending Title 13, By Making Certain Changes to the District O-5-24 – An Ordinance Repealing and Replacing Chapters 2 and 3, Tiel 5 of the Code of Ordinances O-6-24 – An Ordinance Amending Title 13, By Making Certain Changes to the District These ordinances shall become effective upon passage and publication as provided by law.
