CITY OF MENASHA - PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MENASHA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED SPECIAL USE PERMIT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Menasha Common Council on an application for a Special Use Permit by MF Housing Partners LLC to construct multi-family housing dedicated to those aged 55 and older within the C-3 Business and Office District, as required by Sec. 13-1-36(c)(7) of the City of Menasha Municipal Code. The proposed use is to take place at 1212 Province Terrace (Parcel No. 7-00001-17) and 1228 Province Terrace (7-00001-18), City of Menasha, Calumet County, Wisconsin. The Common Council will be considering this special use permit at a formal public hearing on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in the first floor conference rooms of the Menasha City Center, 100 Main Street, Menasha, WI at a special meeting. Persons interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to comment about the proposed special use and are invited to attend.
