TAKE NOTICE that on the 4th day of June 2026, at 6:00 PM, a hearing will be held before the City of Millville Zoning Board of Adjustment in the 4th Floor Richard C. McCarthy Commission Chamber, 12 S. High Street Millville, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit the conversion of the conversion of the current 5-unit mixed-use building into a 5-unit residential building consisting of one one-bedroom one bath unit; 3 two-bedroom one bath units; and one three-bedroom one bath unit on the premises located at 509 Columbia Ave., Millville, NJ 08332 and designated as Block 353 Lot 2 on the City of Millville Tax Map.
