NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION
In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the City of Millville Development Regulations and Zoning Ordinance, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned with the City of Millville Zoning Board of Adjustment for "c" Variance Relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) for minimum rear yard setback and minimum side yard setback, together with any and all other variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion and without further public notice, in order to allow the undersigned Applicant to construct, establish and maintain a new single-family dwelling, supporting septic and other related and associated improvements on the property shown as Lot 2993 in Block 194 on the City of Millville Tax Map, which property is located at 252 Lake Shore Drive SW in the City of Millville, Cumberland County, New Jersey.
Public hearing before the City of Millville Zoning Board of Adjustment on the above-mentioned application has been scheduled for January 8, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the City of Millville City Hall, Richard C. McCarthy Chamber, 12 South High Street, 4th Floor, Millville, New Jersey 08332, at which time and place any interested party (as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public during regular business hours in the office of the Zoning Board located at the City of Millville City Hall, 12 South High Street, Millville, New Jersey 08332. You may make arrangements to view the plans by contacting the Zoning Board Secretary at (856) 825-7000 ext. 7288. Please take further notice that the Board may, in its discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue said hearing from time to time and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Office of the Land Use Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
