City of Mount Holly Request for Qualifications- Accuvision Eye Care Mural The City is seeking qualifications from professional artists, or artist teams, to work in collaboration with the Public Arts Advisory Commission (PAAC) to design & install a mural on wall at Accuvision Eye Care. The section of wall where the mural will be installed is approximately 8-feet tall and 35-feet wide, while the area of the mural is approximately 280 sq. ft. The artist(s) will be selected at the PAAC's October 15th meeting-while the design would be approved by the PAAC at their December 17th meeting. The design then would be approved by the City Council in January. The project will be completed by May 29, 2026. For submittals to be deemed complete artists must submit one bound copy of the qualification package by mail or hand delivery to City Hall, and a copy via email. The City reserves the right to reject any offer for failure to comply with all requirements of this notice or of any of the contract documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion.
