CITY OF ORMOND BEACH NOTICE OF SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE DETERMINATION MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Ormond Beach, Florida, will conduct a meeting at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, in Conference Room 103, City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Ormond Beach, Florida, to consider the request and make a recommendation to the Planning Board for a Special Exception for Outdoor Activity. The project seeks to allow outdoor retail sales associated with the Circle K Convenience Store located at 699 South Nova Road, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174. The applicant is Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, Sun State Petrol I, LLC. ALL PARTIES ARE INVITED to appear and submit oral or written objections or comments. The failure of a person to appear during said hearing and comment on or object to the site plan, either in person or in writing, may preclude the ability of such person to contest the site plan at a later date. Copies of the application are available for inspection by the public in the Department of Planning, Ormond Beach City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Room 104, Ormond Beach, Florida.
