CITY OF ORMOND BEACH NOTICE OF SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) of the City of Ormond Beach, Florida, will conduct a meeting at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, in Conference Room 103, City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Ormond Beach, Florida, to provide a recommendation to the Planning Board on PZ-2026-000259: 890 North US Highway 1 (Tomoka Commerce Park) submitted by 890 N US Highway 1, LLC, property owner, for a Planned Business Development Amendment to subdivide a 12.48-acre parcel into two (2) lots for 56,108 square feet of warehouse/offices and a Tractor Supply Company building of 21,901 square feet with approximately 25,345 square feet of outdoor displays/garden center and associated site improvements. The SPRC action is to provide a recommendation to the Planning Board. The SPRC shall also provide a determination hearings on the following applications related to the Planned Business Development amendment: SPRC-2026-000092: 890 North US Highway 1 submitted by 890 N US Highway 1, LLC, property owner, for a preliminary plat of 12.48 acres into two (2) and performing site improvements for all site work. SPRC-2026-000091: 890 North US Highway 1 submitted by 890 N US Highway 1, LLC, property owner, for a site plan approval of a Tractor Supply Company building of 21,901 square feet, with approximately 25,345 square feet of outdoor displays/garden center, and associated site improvements. This site plan is conditioned on the approval of the Planned Business Development amendment. ALL PARTIES ARE INVITED to appear and submit oral or written objections or comments. The failure of a person to appear during said hearing and comment on or object to the Planned Business Development Amendment, preliminary plat or site plan, either in person or in writing, may preclude the ability of such person to contest the site plan at a later date. Copies of the application are available for inspection by the public in the Department of Planning, Ormond Beach City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Room 104, Ormond Beach, Florida. PURSUANT TO SECTION 286.0105, FLORIDA STATUTES, IF ANY PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY A CITY BOARD WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THESE PUBLIC MEETINGS, SUCH PERSON WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, SUCH PERSON MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING IS MADE, INCLUDING THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
