CITY OF ORMOND BEACH PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of Ormond Beach, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in the City Commission Chambers, Ormond Beach City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Ormond Beach, Florida, for the purpose of hearing all interested parties with respect to the following proposed ordinance scheduled for second reading: ORDINANCE NO. 2025-33 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 BY AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND (001); DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT TRUST FUND (104); STORMWATER UTILITY FUND (107); AIRPORT FUND (108); ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND (110); PENSION CONTRIBUTION PASS THROUGH FUND (113); FINANCING DEBT SERVICE FUND (205); BEACHFRONT PARK BOND FUND (220); CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND (301); EQUIPMENT RENEWAL & REPLACEMENT FUND (302); PUBLIC SAFETY VEHICLE & EQUIPMENT FUND (305); TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTS FUND (308); FACILITIES RENEWAL & REPLACEMENT FUND (317); WATER AND WASTEWATER FUND (401); VEHICLE REPLACEMENT FUND (408); RENEWAL & REPLACEMENT FUND (409); WATER SYSTEM IMPACT FEE FUND (434); WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPACT FEE FUND (435); 2024 WATER & WASTEWATER BOND FUND (446); SOLID WASTE FUND (460) AND THE GENERAL LIABILITY FUND (504); AND SETTING FORTH AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ALL PARTIES ARE INVITED to appear and submit oral or written objections or comments. The failure of a person to appear during said hearing and comment on or object to the proposed item, either in person or in writing, may preclude the ability of such person to contest the proposed item at a later date. A copy of this ordinance is available for inspection by the public in the Finance Department, Ormond Beach City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Ormond Beach, Florida. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if any person decides to appeal any decision made by a City board and/or commission with respect to any matter considered at these public meetings, such person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
