(FORMERLY STARWOOD) THE WESTIN DESERT WILLOW VILLAS LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF PORTOLA AVENUE AND WILLOW RIDGE PROJECT LOCATION/DESCRIPTION: PROJECT LOCATION: Westin Desert Willow Villas PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant, WVC Rancho Mirage, Inc. (formerly Starwood), requests approval of a Third Amendment to the Development Agreement for The Westin Desert Willow Villas extending the term by six (6) months to August 27, 2026. PUBLIC HEARING: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, will hold a Public Hearing at its meeting on February 3, 2026. The Planning Commission meeting begins at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 73510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, California. Pursuant to Assembly Bill 2449, this meeting may be conducted as a hybrid meeting allowing public access via teleconference or in person.
