City Of Paterson Zoning Board of Adjustment Notice of Decision
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting held on December 4, 2025, the City of Paterson Zoning Board of Adjustment (the "Board") took the following action: memorialized a resolution which granted to applicant New Jersey Community Development Corporation ("Applicant"), site plan approval with three related variances (including use and bulk variances – collectively the "Variances") relating to property identified as Block 1414, Lots 1, 2, 3 & 18, commonly known as 54 Front Street, Paterson, New Jersey (the "Property"). The site plan and Variances approved by the Board permits the renovation and expansion of the existing community youth center with a second floor addition to the main building, while keeping the adjacent 2-story building to the west and split level building in the rear. A copy of the memorializing resolution, all plans, and related documents are on file with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Paterson, 125 Ellison Street 4th Floor, Paterson, New Jersey 07505.
