City of Piedmont - Million-Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank Construction ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that the City of Piedmont will receive sealed bids in the Office of the City Clerk, Piedmont City Hall, 314 Edmond Rd NW, Piedmont, Oklahoma 73078 (Please use Utility Drop slot) until 10:00 a.m., CST, on Tuesday July 7th, 2026, for the construction of: One Million Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank All bids received at said time will be opened and evaluated for completeness and correctness. All work shall be performed and all construction and materials used and furnished shall be in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Smith Roberts Baldischwiler. Funding for this project is provided through the FAP Loan Program. As such, compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. A copy of the Bid packet and Contract Documents are available for viewing at: Piedmont City Hall (314 Edmond Rd NW, Piedmont, OK 73078), Smith Roberts Baldischwiler (100 N.E. 5th St, OKC, OK 73104), and on Quest CDN(www.srbok.com) Bids shall be made in accordance with the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Plans, Specifications, and Bid Proposal and must be obtained electronically by prospective bidders from the SRB Bid Room at www.srbok.com under Quest CDN #9867445 for a fee of $100. Prospective Bidders are required to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents or updates relevant to submitting a Bid for the project will be offered only thru the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources. Advertisement of bid does not guarantee contract award. Contract award will be contingent on availability of funding. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Piedmont City Hall, 314 Edmond Rd N.W.
