CITY OF STURGEON, MO NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Sturgeon is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of an Outdoor Arena Sound System. The project includes furnishing and installing a complete outdoor audio system consisting of weather-resistant speakers, amplifier, mixer, microphones, outdoor-rated cabling, mounting hardware, equipment racks, power distribution equipment, and all materials, labor, programming, testing, and commissioning required for a fully operational system. The sound system shall be designed for permanent outdoor speaker installation and provide clear audio coverage throughout the arena. Equipment shall allow operation from designated announcer booth locations. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, warranty information, and contractor qualifications necessary to complete the project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Sealed bids shall be submitted to: City of Sturgeon at 303 E.
