City of Taunton Conservation Commission A public meeting will be held by the Conservation Commission on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM at City Hall, 15 Summer Street, Taunton, MA, relative to the filing of a Request for Determination of Applicability under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL C. 131S.40 and the Revised Ordinance of the City of Taunton, Chapter 16, Sections 30-38, Conservation Ordinance for Marc Mason, 435 South Precinct Street, East Taunton, MA 02718 for a septic system upgrade and associated grading that borders the wetland area at 11 Claire Terrace, East Taunton, MA 02718 Map 138, Lot 41 and within the 100 foot buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.
