City of Taunton Conservation Commission A public hearing will be held by the Conservation Commission on Monday, January 5, 2025 at 5:00 PM at City Hall, 15 Summer Street, Taunton, MA, relative to the filing of a Notice of Intent: under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL C. 131S.40 and the Revised Ordinance of the City of Taunton, Chapter 16, Sections 30-38, Conservation Ordinance by Marcus Baptiste, Southbrook Development, Inc., 261 Perron Street, Somerset, MA 02726 for Range Avenue (Map 88, Lot 52), Taunton, MA 02780 for the construction of a septic system for a single family home within the 100-foot buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetlands.
