CITY OF TUSCALOOSA ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Project Name: Sokol Park North – Entry Drive Lighting File Number: OCA-24-1768 Engineering Project Number: 2021.003.002 Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Tuscaloosa, at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on October 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time for this project, at which time bids will be opened and read. Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on October 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Project Scope: Provide new light poles as shown along the entrance road and provide fiber conduits as shown in the plans. Award of the contract will be made within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening.
