Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on_June 5, 2026, at 10:00 am_ local time. Parking and Entry to City Hall: Free visitor parking is provided in the Intermodal Facility (parking deck) at 2230 7th Street. Access City Hall through the 4th-floor skywalk entrance to Security. Project Scope: Sanitary Sewer Rehab by means of Cured-in-place Pipe Liner (CIPP). Pre-Lining CCTV inspection and cleaning of 2,928 ft of 8" Sanitary Sewer Main, 189 ft of 10" Sanitary Sewer Main, 14 ft of 12" Sanitary Sewer Main, 368 ft of 16" Sanitary Sewer Main, and 849 ft of 18" Sanitary Sewer Main. Award of the contract will be made within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening.
