CITY OF VAN METER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on March 9, 2026, the Van Meter City Council, at its regular business meeting at 7:00 PM at the Van Meter United Methodist Church, 100 Hazel Street, Van Meter Iowa, will hold public hearings on the following: Consideration of a proposed amendment to Chapter 165.03 of the Van Meter Code of Ordinances relating to Accessory Dwelling Units. Consideration of a proposed amendment to Chapter 165.25 of the Van Meter Code of Ordinances relating to Board of Adjustment Criteria.You are invited to attend and comment.
