PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday the 15th day of April, 2026, at 7:00 PM, prevailing time, at the Vineland City Hall, City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, located at 640 E. Wood Street, Vineland, NJ 08360, the City of Vineland Zoning Board will hold a hearing on the application for a use variance and major site plan approval by the undersigned. Applicant seeks a use variance to reconfigure parking at its existing business and approval of its revised site plan to accommodate the reconfigured parking.
A copy of the said application and accompanying documents is on file with the City of Vineland and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the City of Vineland Planning Division Office, Vineland City Hall, 640 E. Wood Street, Fourth Floor, Vineland, New Jersey. Further, any interested party may appear in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the City of Vineland Zoning Board. This notice is sent pursuant to the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law.
