ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PETITION & NOTICE OF HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the City of Vineland Zoning and Land Development Ordinance, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned with the City of Vineland Zoning Board of Adjustment for certain use variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d(1), and variance relief for the expansion of an existing, non-conforming use pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d(2), in order to permit the Applicant to construct, develop and maintain an approximately 28,500 square foot expansion of the existing cold storage warehouse at the subject property, along with any and all other variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion and without further public notice, on the real property shown as Block 1802, Lots 11, 12 and 13 on the City of Vineland Tax Map, which properties are located at 1366 E. Oak Road, 1386 E. Oak Road and 1404 E. Oak Road. The approximately 6.4+/- acre property is located in the R-3 and R-5 Residential Zoning Districts and is currently improved with the existing cold storage warehouse facility, business/administrative offices, off-street parking and related site improvements.
Public hearing on the above-mentioned application has been scheduled for January 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 640 East Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey, at which time and place any interested party (as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard. Further take notice that said Zoning Board of Adjustment may at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearing from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
All maps and documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public during normal business hours in the office of the Planning Division of the City of Vineland, Fourth Floor, City Hall, 640 East Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey. The Map or Plot Plan will demonstrate existing boundary lines, existing structures, and proposed changes of structures that the applicant requests approval of herein.
