CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on February 3, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF 11 RODNEY STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Rodney Street, East side, from a point 20' north of Belmont Street to a point 64' north of Belmont Street, "15 Minutes 7am – 9pm" the following new provision: Rodney Street # 11, East side, from a point 128' north of Belmont Street to a point 148' north of Belmont Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicle" A Copy.
