CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on February 3, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF 9 WEST OBERLIN STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: West Oberlin Street, North side, from a point 71' west of Dewey Street to a point 88' west of Dewey Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicle" the following new provision: West Oberlin Street #9, North side, from a point 165' west of Dewey Street to a point 180' west of Dewey Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicle" A Copy.
