CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on March 10, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Ten Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF #76 FLORENCE STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Florence Street #36, West side, from a point 210' North of Charlotte Street to a point 230' North of Charlotte Street, "No Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles" the following new provision: Florence Street #76, West side, from a point 280' North of Oliver Street to a point 305' North of Oliver Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles."
