CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on March 10, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Ten Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF #97 PURITAN AVENUE Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Puritan Avenue #93, West side, from a point 115' South of Bedford Avenue to a point 135' South of Bedford Avenue, "No Parking Reserved for HP or Placard Vehicles" the following new provision: Puritan Avenue #97, West side, from a point 215' South of Bedford Avenue to a point 240' South of Bedford Avenue, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles."
