CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 16, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE FOR A NO PARKING ZONE ON FRANKLIN STREET AT KIARA DRIVE Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Kendrick Avenue #65, South side, from Ashburnham Road to a point 110' east of Ashburnham Road, "No Parking Anytime" the following new provision: Franklin Street, South side, from a point 247' west of Frongillo Farms Road to a point 158' west of Frongillo Farms Road, "No Parking Anytime" PO 1552 July10, 2026 July 10 2026 LNEO0546906
