CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 16, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO REMOVE HANDICAP PARKING ON ILLINOIS STREET IN FRONT OF #99 AND #101 ILLINOIS STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by rescinding in Schedule I the provisions for: Illinois Street #99, South side, from a point 60' West of Crystal Street to a point 80' West of Crystal Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate Vehicles" Illinois Street #101, South Side, from a point 131' West of Crystal Street to a point 153' West of Crystal Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP or Placard Vehicle" PO 1555 July10, 2026 July 10 2026 LNEO0546926
