CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 16, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 PROVIDING FOR ALL WAY STOP SIGNS ON HARDING STREET AT ELLSWORTH STREET In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 89, Section 9 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts the following street is designated as the stop street at the intersection and in the direction indicated. Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Part I Section 29 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule V, thereof, after the provision for: Ellis Drive and Winifred Avenue, Faces northbound traffic on Winifred Avenue the following new provisions: Ellsworth Street and Harding Street, Faces northbound traffic on Harding Street Ellsworth Street and Harding Street, Faces eastbound and westbound traffic on Ellsworth Street PO 1563 July10, 2026 July 10 2026 LNEO0547027
