Claim Notice Notice is given of the death of David Bruce Hickey, of Armington, Illinois. The Independent Representative of the Estate is Matthew D. Hickey, whose address is 11765 N. 2400 East Rd, Downs, IL 61736, and whose attorney is Carissa Haning of Haning Law Office, 2416 E. Washington St., Suite C-4, Bloomington, Illinois 61704 The Estate will be administered without Court supervision unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent aadministration at any time by e-filing a Petition to Terminate with the Tazewell County Circuit Clerk pursuant to instructions found on the Circuit Clerk's website. Claims may be filed on or before August 26, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the Independent Representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/18-3), the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before said date is barred. Claims may be e-filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Tazewell County 342 Court Street, Pekin, IL 61554, or claims may be filed with the Independent Representative, or both. If e-filed with the Clerk, the claimant must, within 10 days, mail or deliver a. copy of the claim to the Independent Representative and to his or her attorney and e-file with the Clerk proof of such mailing or delivery.
