CLAIMS NOTICE THE TIMOTHY LAWRENCE SCHLAPPI TRUST AGREEMENT TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Your interest in the estate may be barred or affected by the following: The decedent, TIMOTHY LAWRENCE SCHLAPPI, whose last known address was 3899 Hiawatha Trail, Petoskey, MI 49770 died January 18, 2026. By Trust indenture dated the 5th day of December, 2023, the decedent established the TIMOTHY LAWRENCE SCHLAPPI TRUST AGREEMENT. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the trust estate will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustee, Timothy Schlappi of 5833 Padgett Road, Boyne Falls, MI 49713, within four months of the date of publication of this notice.
