Claims Notice Notice is given of the death of MARY R. BROADFIELD, of Titusville, Florida. The Independent Representative of the Estate is RANITA S. HARE, whose address is 16 Cash Ct., Newman, GA 30265, and whose attorney is Carissa Haning of Haning Law Office, 2416 E. Washington St., Suite C-4, Bloomington, Illinois 61704 The Estate will be administered without Court supervision unless under Section 284 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/284) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by e-filing a Petition to Terminate with the Knox County Circuit Clerk pursuant to instructions found on the Circuit Clerk's website. Claims may be filed on or before November 17, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the Independent Representative is required by Section 183 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/183), the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before said date is barred. Claims may be e-filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Knox County Courthouse 200 S. Cherry St., Galesburg, IL 61401, or claims may be filed with the Independent Representative, or both. If e-filed with the Clerk, the claimant must, within 10 days, mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the Independent Representative and to his or her attorney and e-file with the Clerk proof of such mailing or delivery.
