CLAIMS NOTICE TO CREDITORS THE JOYCE BURNS REVOCABLE TRUST NO. 1 TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Your interest in the estate may be barred or affected by the following: The decedent, Joyce Annette Burns, whose last known address was 5578 Wildwood Lane, Petoskey, MI 49770, died April 22, 2026. By Trust indenture dated the 7th day of March, 2026, the decedent established THE JOYCE BURNS REVOCABLE TRUST NO. 1. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against THE JOYCE BURNS REVOCABLE TRUST NO. 1 will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustee, David M. Klevorn, at 5029 Haddon Hall Dr., Holt, Michigan 48842, within four (4) months after the date of publication of this notice. This notice is published pursuant to MCL 700.7608. At the time of publication of this notice, no personal representative has been appointed for the Estate of Joyce Annette Burns.
