Clermont County Crisis Stabilization Unit Advertisement – Bid Solicitation Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of the necessary materials and construction of the: CLERMONT COUNTY CRISIS STABILIZATION UNIT, 2337 CLERMONT CENTER DRIVE, BATAVIA, OH 45103 Single Prime Contract bids will be received and opened at Clermont County Mental Health & Recovery Board (address above) until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 and read aloud. The work will consist of interior renovations and removal and replacement of all exterior windows and sills. The estimate of probable cost for this project is $1,953,923.00. Bidders shall not be responsible for paying sales taxes on materials incorporated into the structure. The contract documents, including plans and specifications, are on file at the office of the Clermont County Mental Health & Recovery Board and the Architect/Engineer -- Kleinfelder, Inc. (Kleinfelder). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder. In no case will an award be made until all necessary investigations are made as to the qualifications of the bidder to whom it is proposed to award the contract.
