Cleveland County Water is seeking professional engineering services consistent with North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 for Cleveland County Water 8" Waterline Rehab Project to include the following scope of work: Design, bidding, and construction oversight of installation of 8-inch waterline in Cleveland County on Cleveland County Water's Distribution System.
