CLINTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; In compliance with the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, the General Ordinances of the Township of Clinton and the Rules and Regulations of the Clinton Township Planning Board; PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Clinton Township Public Safety Building, 1370 Route 31, Third Floor, Annandale, (Clinton Township), New Jersey, the Clinton Township Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Church of Immaculate Conception, at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in person. The premises in question is located in the ROM-1 (Research, Office, & Manufacturing 1) Zoning District and is identified on the Clinton Township, Hunterdon County Tax Map as Block 30, Lot 35, located at and having an address of 316 Old Allerton Road, Annandale, New Jersey 08801. Applicant seeks formal site plan approval with requested waivers from Checklist requirements for the 24' x 60' temporary classroom trailer with associated improvements to meet the previously imposed condition of the site plan waiver granted by the Clinton Township Planning Board. No new parking or other improvements are intended at this time. At the time of filing the application, Applicant was not aware of any relief required pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c)(1) and/or (c)(2). However, Applicant reserves the right to supplement the application and/or seek at the time of public hearing such other approvals, interpretations, variances, exceptions, and/or waivers pursuant to N.J.S.A 40:55D-70(c)(1) and/or (c)(2) or otherwise as may be requested or required by the Applicant, the Board, or the Board's professionals as a result of a review of the submitted application and materials by the Board's professionals.
