Clive City Council Meeting Strategic Planning Work Session August 11, 2025 The strategic planning work session was held on Monday, August 11, 2025, at Clive City Hall, 1900 NW 114th Street, Clive, IA. Mayor Edwards presided and called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. Council members present were Breanne Hocker, Susan Judkins, Erik Klein, Michael McCoy, and Ted Weaver. City Manager Matt McQuillen, Assistant City Manager Pete De Kock, and all City department directors were also present. Lyle Sumek of Lyle Sumek Associates Inc. led the strategic planning discussion. The Council reviewed the City's past year of work and discussed strategic projects on the horizon.
