PERMIT APPLICATION CNA Holdings, LLC, 2525 Blacksburg Rd., Grover, N.C., has applied for a renewal of its NPDES wastewater permit (NC0004952) for the Shelby Plant, located at 2525 Blacksburg Rd., Cleveland County. The facility discharges industrial wastewater, domestic wastewater, and stormwater to Buffalo Creek in the Broad River basin. Some parameters are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Broad River basin.
