TO: All persons interested in the Estate of Mona Marie Moore, Deceased.
You are hereby notified that the Petitioner, Richard Moore, 2216 NW 12th Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has filed in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration.
The Petitioner has alleged that Mona Marie Moore, age 96, died testate on June 19, 2025, domiciled and residing in Oklahoma County, OK, that the total value of the Decedent's property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00, and the only heirs, devisees, and legatees of Mona Marie Moore are: David Lee Moore, 2216 NW 12th, OKC, OK 73107; Pamela Sue Bahan, 4343 NW 12th St., OKC, OK 73107; Steven Hal Moore, 4402 Whitefield Blvd, Alexandria, LA 71303; Richard Don Moore, 1701 N Oakhill Road, Bethany, OK 73008; Timothy Wayne Moore, 11424 S Council Road, Cashion, OK 73016; Barry James Moore, 4343 NW 12th St., OKC, OK 73107; Gregory Neil Moore, 107 Christopher Drive, Chickasha, OK 73018; and Christopher Todd Moore, 4706 Hemlock Circle, OKC, OK 73162.
All creditors having claims against Mona Marie Moore, deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all securities and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claims, to the Petitioner, Richard Moore c/o Kaden I. Betsch, 9801 Broadway Ext. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73114, no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice, or the same will be forever barred.
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on June 25, 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Oklahoma County Courthouse, 321 Park Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73102, before Judge Oakes. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration.
You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge at any time before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you do not need to appear at the hearing or make any filing with the Court.
If any objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the summary administration proceedings are appropriate and if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom.
