Lauzon and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq) Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency claiming to have an interest in a mortgage covering real property in North Grafton, numbered 59 John Drive Unit 3106, Forest Hills Condominium,, given by Rebecca A. Lauzon to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for The Bank of Canton, dated June 15, 2018, and recorded at Worcester County (Worcester District) Registry of Deeds in Book 58955, Page 232, as affected by a Mortgage Modification Agreement, dated December 22, 2023 and recorded in Book 70064, Page 142, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's Servicemembers status.
