To Linda Medeiros of Somerset, MA in said County, and to all other persons interested.
A petition has been presented to said Court by Sheri Ann Brunette of Somerset, MA in the County of Bristol representing that they hold as tenants in common, an undivided share of certain land lying in Somerset, MA in said County and briefly described as follows:
That certain lot or tract of land, with all buildings and fixture thereon, and improvements therein, situated on the northeasterly side of Denham Avenue, Town of Somerset, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and laid out and delineated as Lot No. 905 on that plan of land entitled: "SUBDIVISION PLAN, AMERICANA TERRACE, Section "J", Somerset, Massachusetts, Scale 1" = 60', November 18, 1968, Southeastern Engineering Corp., 1100 County Street, Somerset, Mass."
Said plan being recorded in the Fall River District, Registry of Deeds, Plan No,. 3138, in Plan Book 46, Page 32. Said lot being more specifically bounded and described as follows:
NORTHEASTERLY by portions of Lot Nos. 910 and 911 on plan hereinbefore mentioned, one hundred (100) feet; SOUTHEASTERLY by Lot No. 904 on said plan hereinbefore mentioned, one hundred (100) feet; SOUTHWESTERLY by Denham Avenue, one hundred (100) feet; and NORTHWESTERLY by Lot No. 906 on said plan hereinbefore mentioned, one hundred (100) feet. Containing 10,000 square feet of land.

Setting forth that she desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than Four Hundred Fifty Thousand ($450,000.00) dollars and prays that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Taunton before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the nineteenth day of December, 2025, the return date of this citation.
