Buggy Works (3750 N Raceway Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46234) is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: BUGGY WORKS located on the southern side of US HWY 136 approx. 800 feet west of Raceway Road Intersection, Indianapolis, IN 46234. Run-off from the project site will discharge to Clermont Creek Watershed.
