Cornwall Central School District LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cornwall Central School District, will be accepting proposals from qualified agencies to administer its Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) program pursuant to a Request for Proposals. The Request for Proposals are available at the school district office located at 24 Idlewild Avenue, Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York, 12520, (845) 534-8009 ext. 7112 and at www.cornwallschools.com (under "Business Office"). Proposals must be received no later than 11:00 AM on March 13, 2026 by John Fink, Assistant Superintendent for Business, Cornwall Central School District, 24 Idlewild Avenue, New York 12520, at which time and place all RFPs received timely will be publicly opened. If the district is closed on the date listed above due to emergency conditions, the proposals will be accepted on the next school business day the district is open and operational.
