PROJECT: Cottondale Police Station Constructions & Fire Station Renovations; 2669 Front Street, Cottondale, FL (Jackson county). Site is next to the Cottondale City Hall. DESCRIPTION: The project includes the following work: (see drawings for additional locations) (PART A1) Construction of a new 2,532 SF Police Station and roll-up door replacement at adjacent Fire Station. (PART A2) Provide back-up power to new Police Station and existing Fire Station; including diesel fuel tank. (PART A3) Downtown public parking lot improvements. (PART B) New 18-space asphalt parking lot, including striping and landscaping. (PART C) New public park to include 22 space asphalt parking, pavilion, rest rooms and stormwater management system. (PART D) North and South entrance signs. (PART D) Provide backup power to 5 Lift stations across the city with 24-hour subbase fuel tanks.
