NOTICE TO REDEEM
TO: 2943 Royden, LLC; IMC Mortgage Company d/b/a IMCC Financial Inc.; Household Financial Services;
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on May 8, 2026, the Superior Court fixed July 7, 2026, or the next business day, between regular business hours, at the Office of the Tax Collector of Camden City, located at 520 MARKET STREET, CAMDEN, NJ 08102, as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
LOT 53 BLOCK 1136 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map of CAMDEN CITY and concerns premises commonly known as 2943 Royden Street, CAMDEN CITY, NEW JERSEY. Total amount required to redeem tax sale certificate no. 10-03378 is $69,461.95, together with interest from April 21, 2026 and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and descried in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
